What are the best American and Canadian forums to download English materials?

I want to know the best American and Canadian and even British forums for free downloading English materials (books, audios, videos, audiobooks, IELTS,Grammar,...)

    There are plenty of curriculum sites. The free ones are not very good.

    I suggest you create your own materials. that is what teachers are paid to do.
