Health Systems Engineer question?

I am a Industrial and Systems engineering major and it's almost time for me to chose my emphasis. I'm tied between health systems engineering or engineering management. Both sound very appealing to me

my question is, are health systems engineers needed at the undergrad level? or is a graduate degree needed? is the position in demand? and what is daily life like for one?

thank you

Healthcare is booming right now so I say that is the better field.

Manufacturing also has many jobs, but they look for more experienced people and it is more competetive.

I am an Industrial Engineer and I chose the manufaturing emphasis. I graduated May 2011.

Graduate is not needed, but it will help you move up faster into management roles.
