At around 12:30pm on November 30, 2012 Security Rover informed me that a tenants complained about cars were parked in Disable parking spot without a Handicap permit, on fourth and fifth floor level garage. The resident stated to Security that the next time he sees this happen, he will get the law enforcements involve in this situation. The three vehicles are located inside Las Olas Beach club Condominium parking garage. Vehicles parked in Parking space # (5-013) # (4-025) # (4- 014) that do not have a Handicap parking permit. I asked valet regarding this situation, valet Rodrigo Rubiano stated that those handicap parking space was reserved to resident by management. Rules of Florida Statute (F.S.) 553.5041 were printed out with pictures what was taking of the three vehicles that were parked in handicap parking spot.

I would call them 'parking spaces for the handicapped', but I don't know what the proper name is.
