Accidentally deleted volume control on my desktop?
I have Windows 7 with Realtek HD sound. Now I've lost my volume control on my pages (speaker on
lower right bottom) as a result I need to go to my control panel to adjust levels. Really sucks! What
can I do to get this back? BTW, my recycle bin has been emptied. Any help would be appreciated.

Right click on a blank area of your taskbar and select "Properties" from the menu then click on "Customize". Scroll down until you see your speaker/volume control icon and from the dropdown menu select "Show Notifocations and Icons" the click OK or Apply... that should sort it!!

click the windows button (start bottom left hand corner) type in "show or hide volume" and there should be a command to click labeled show or hide volume (speaker) icons on taskbar... click on it and voila you're icon should be back.
