Is the 'intelligent cause' within the (ID) political movement, Allah through his prophet Mohammad?

The ID political movement has not defined the 'intelligent cause', then the plausible conclusion is that if both sides are to have equal time in the classroom, along with the use of one's personal opinions, into which to base one's conclusions.

Then by the numbers, as of 2009, 1.6 billion (that’s over 23%) of the world population are Muslims. Almost 1 in 4 people on the planet have an opinion of what the 'intelligent cause’ might be.

If disbelief is a defense, as it is in the (ID) political movement's position - The world is just to complex, there is no way that one can believe it come by chance.

Well then, if almost a quarter of the people on the planet believe that the 'intelligent cause' is Allah, through his prophet Mohammad, then it must be factually true, because (ID) political movement has not investigated and provided any agreed upon facts as evidence to the contrary.
