Interesting question. To answer your question in short terms, Yes a woman can be a misogynist. Remember that a women who is a misogynist means that they very much dislike and or hate women. Feminist men just means they act feminine, and does not necessarily mean they hate or dislike men. Anyways you might find a misogynist women who is a transvestite; just an educated guess. Again this is a very strange but interesting question

To be honest - the way she talked made it clear she was not female - I've never heard women talk like that - they might not approve of one life-style choice but they would never say all women are illogical because it would include them.

You would have to use the word misandrist instead of feminist. Feminists support both men and women and that is why men support feminism. A few feminists may be misandrists but that is not the point of the movement and most feminists are against ideas like that.
