Perhaps she lands the job (teaching) and takes maternity leave almost straight away! What employer, other than some tardy government department, in their right mind would employ a woman who is obviously pregnant? Then what type of woman cries discrimination because she didn't get the job after she has revealed her pregnancy? This same one that gave in to her threat and gave her the job she didn't initially get I guess.

I would say, "Sorry princess! You slipped up! Maybe a candidate that isn't going to be a liability can now move into that slot. See ya!"

2003 with just under 100K miles. I'm not a rich guy, but these things have depreciated so much I can afford to purchase the fastest SUV ever made. I guess it's a bucket list thing, or maybe I'm just under endowed.

Anyway, I guess I'm looking for someone to talk me out of it. I know it has high running costs, as you would expect of a turbo v8 and servicing aint cheap to say the least. It wont be a daily driver, as I know people who drive them don't do so to win popularity contests. I just need to know how much of a gamble I am taking with a car with that many miles. It has full service history and looks impeccably clean for it's age. It's in another town, so I haven't seen it in the flesh yet.

What would you buy and why?

I use a "package forwarding" service based in Utah to consolidate my ebay items and ship them to Australia when sellers don't provide international shipping.

My recent order is missing around $100 worth of items, although they have photographic evidence the items were received at their warehouse. The baggies that arrived at my end were swapped around, with an item taken from 3 bags and remaining items put in a bag together. Someone has removed them at the warehouse I'm guessing.

I'm expecting the company to not respond as the missing items were just a few action figures. I'm sure most will agree that is beside the point, as they are products that cost money and some increase in value. One particular figure is worth over $50 on the secondary market, which is not cheap for a used 3 3/4" figure.

Any suggestions on how this company can be held accountable for not providing a service I paid good money for?

Supposed secret missions like Apollo 20, moon bases, that gigantic cruiser made of stone on the far side with "E.B.E. Mona Lisa" found in the cockpit and Gigantic elaborate structures hundreds of feet high seen in those videos.. almost look like ornate theme park rides. I am beginning to think the images are real. It's a covert camera that looks like a motion detector, but after some looking online, I have discovered what it really is. It is facing directly into my yard and I would presume that it is capturing nothing BUT my backyard.

I could write a novel on the things they've done to my house and property. The cameras at this point are not fixed, are inside my own home pointing through windows. The neighbors have several foster children to supplement their welfare getting lifestyle. They practically live in squalor, which will no doubt affect my house price and that of other neighbors. I would like them gone obviously and don't care if they know my cameras on on a live feed at their house. I'm a little worried they may try putting a case against me for spying on their kids in their yard. Today I heard lots of yelling at a 7ish year old boy they foster.. I eventually heard him crying profusely, which is very unlike him. So it feels as though the cameras are even more warranted now that I think about it.

People may say what they do in their yard is none of my business, but what has happened in my yard, I have never received an apology and damages. Even after a car was vandalised by older children who visited the house, firewood and tank water stolen, my house egged. windows mysteriously smashed, bottles smashed on my roof and used diapers in my mailbox! They are non productive slovenly pathetic animals.

Do you think they can cause legal trouble with my cameras?

I currently have a BMI of 33. Which makes me obese. I have a naturally broad frame and am quite muscular, although I carry some weight.. I would hardly consider myself obese. Seems unfair. I can run for 2 and a half miles without stopping. I mean, how many obese people can actually do that?

I'm not looking for their sympathy or attention. I actually just want them to leave me alone. I'm 100% certain I have depression and I know it's not mild. My doctor asked me if I have feelings of depression, I said I'm pretty sure I have it, yet he didn't prescribe me anything. Perhaps it was something to do with a back injury he may have thought I was faking..why he asked, I just don't know.

If they offer to help me in any way, there's usually an ulterior motive and the older my parents get the more they are hanging around like vultures I have noticed. I'm curious to know how most people in general view astrology. I'm sure most of us take it with a grain of salt for entertainment. But others are quite serious about it and it is after all an ancient practice or discipline, science, whatever you wish to call it.

It's also associated with the occult, so I'm wondering what atheists think of astrology. I'm guessing most will say it's pretty whack, but then identify themselves with their starsign and be proud of it. What gives?

I am fuming over this! 5 weeks out from Christmas, I landed a new job. I gave a week's notice at my other casual job and finished up in time for the induction for my new job. I called today to find out details of the induction venue and time, only to be told the job has been put on hold until after Christmas.

At best, I'm betting I won't see a wage slip inside 2 months. I'm not sure if working for these people, is even remotely a good idea. It's civil construction and the pay is good, but this is a slap in the face! I have a mortgage and it's Christmas! I feel like taking action for compensation. Do you think I have a case?

I've been suspicious of this for a while ..and maybe a little aroused. I've never had one of my partners do it, but I have had a few friends who's girlfriends like to leave their bras hanging around in various places.. OK usually the bathroom or somewhere nearby. I mean that's fine, it's their house right? But they are usually the stylish sexy kind you'd be proud of and given the bathroom is kind of a common place for everybody, it's a given everyone will see it. Is it ethical for a psychotherapist to give free counseling to a sibling for example? Is there some breach of ethical code there with a conflict of interests? Trying to manipulate family members etc.
