You aren't getting enough sleep. Next time you have the weekend off or have some time take a nice nap or have a long sleep. If you are having trouble sleeping you can find a variety of different medicines to help you sleep or you can talk to your doctor about it.

You could be anemic, have low blood pressure, or something of the like. I would go see a doctor, they can help you. Anemia is a lack of iron in the blood. It's likely if you're vegan or a vegetarian. You would just need to research foods with iron and change your diet. If it's low blood pressure, drink more water or even try gatorade until you can get an appointment with a doctor. Anything that makes you feel dizzy, excessively tired, OR short of breath warrants immediate attention from a doctor, and since you're three for three, I'd get going! ;)

You've got to see your doctor as soon as possible. This is the best that you can do.You have to consult his words since he knows more about health condition. It is hard to just assume in your situation since even your breath is affected. GO and see a doctor.
