Crap, I couldn't even begin to answer that. I'm a 90's kid and I watched like a million cartoons back then- from many different networks. From really early 90's shows like Rugrats and Doug, to the late 90's shows like Powerpuff Girls and Spongebob. Sooo, I'm gonna say Magic School Bus or Pinky and the Brain- just cuz.
