    The Declaration of Independence is not a legal document.

    The Constitution has a standing the in the courts.

    Even the Federalist Papers carry weight in court.

    (Also, the "consent" being referred to was free and regular elections...not a Terms of Service Agreement. If you just read one sentence the Founders wrote - divorced from the books of text the read and wrote - you'll never understand that sentence properly.)

    We shouts: :That's In our Constitution, or,.."That may not be Constitutional,.?!,.The Gov't.

    would take us to Court in a whole **** Load of Grievances,.or, Charges,.And, Cited doings,.!

    You must believe we,.the Citizens have the Exact freedom,.?! It be our Constitutional Rights,

    Legal Rights,.Freedom to Present a Case,.Bring Charges - 'en' SUE any one,.or, thing even

    the Gov't, when we be positively right,.?! Here, the Gov't must consent, accept,.or,.BOW to

    the Law of The Land,.!! We the Citizen can win the presented Lawsuit over the Government,.

    at any level,.?!! Example: Getting placed in Prison,.and, held there for 5(five) years,.And,

    The consent of the majority is what matters, no matter how slim that maybe.

    Government must have more voices cheering the foot on your neck than opposing to keep the game alive.

    Piss 51% off bad enough and you have a serious problem.

    This is one of the biggest changes between revolutionary times and the present. Back then before all the surveillance and heavy weaponry, the people could have taken back their government. Now, no chance at all.

    The lack of a budget makes it possible for this government to hide their plan for items that they spring as mandates or presidential orders.

    They have bypassed the Constitution. We are not their first consideration.

    Don't forget the things that the President said about fundamentally changing this government, taking us down a peg, attending flag burnings, warlike anthem...thanking McCain for not making his Muslim religion an issue, standing shoulder to shoulder with Muslims....

    Who know his intent...seems it isn't in our best interest.

    can;t you see, to your corrupt politicians the constitution means nothing - your founding fathers said "all men are created equal", yes, if you are a white, male slave-owner; America is a corporation, and you are its slaves, wake up and take your country back ffs

    When you voted in the frauds. Usually this is re-election as the new ones are more likely to have desire to change things.
