Will I still be able to buy a barrel shroud if an AWB is pushed through?

I'm looking for one of those shoulder things that goes up, that's what the pro-AWB politicians tell me it's called. 

I'm worried I won't be able to put the thingy on my shoulder and that it won't go up if they pass some sort of legislation. Should I be worried?

Shoulder things with the shroud-barrel should be banned! There's no need for the things that go up! Upwards moving shoulder-things are made only to kill people! AHHHHHHHH!
