maximum permissible voltage to a digital input of 24 V PLC. The Inputs are Optically isolated.?

Is it OK for 150 V DC to be present on the input. I am using Mitsubishi FX 3U 40 MT.

Update:

Please not my question is about the voltage across X0 and 0V terminals and there is no question about the output terminals. I think the voltage should be in 24V +/- 10% range. I want to just make sure of that range only.

As long as it's floating, and there is less than 24V across the input terminals, you can have a voltage between the input and output because it's optoisolated. Just look at the isolation specs. Usually they are in the kilovolts.
