HELP! Undo regular format on SSD using "Secure Erase"?

Ok, so ya, i'm an idiot. lol I just regular formatted my new SSD (not quick format). I just read someone saying that you can use "secure erase" to undo the damage you did when you hard format an SSD. I heard that regular formatting an SSD marks all of the blocks as used. I'm using Windows 7 64 bit if you need to know.

I need to know how to do this. I don't know if there's a program I need to do it, or is it built into Windows... I don't know. Please someone give me a step by step to make my SSD right again!!! Thanks

Update:

Oh one more thing, there's nothing on the drive (no operating system), I just want it to be correctly formatted before I start using it.
