Coconut oil is my go to moisturizer, but you since you've tried that, you should give olive oil a try. Also you may be dehydrated and should drastically increase you water intake.
Additional details: Even with aloe vera, alcohol would burn and be very, very drying to the skin.

You need to see a dermatologist concerning this problem. Some lotions can actually make the problem worse based on the content. If your irritation burns, then it should be treated as a burn, until you can see your doctor. I would suggest an ointment or cream with Lidocaine, aloe vera or zinc oxide (this would include diaper rash and hemorrhoid medications, as you are trying to numb the area.

Aloe vera. Stop using baby lotion it contains alcohol and will further the irritation. Wash it with cool water, nothing else before you can get aloe Vera. Double check when you get it that the product contains no alcohol.
