Is there something wrong with me?
Hi! I know people ask these type of questions a lot but I can't seem to figure out what's going on. I have an identical twin sister and when we were born she weighed a little bit less than me but over the years, the gap in our weight got really big. Now we're 14 and there's a 30 pound gap in our weight! She's 120 pounds and I'm 150 pounds. We're both 5'3" but she's 0.5 or 1cm taller than me. I know that I eat a bit more than her so I stopped doing that a few weeks ago. Now we eat the same and do the same amounts of exercise (except i drink more coffee than her) but I don't know why I weight 30 more than her. I thought it was my metabolism but she said its not. Does anyone know what's going on? Is it the coffee? (I don't have it with sugar, just a bit of cream) please, no mean comments. Thank you.
:-D smiley face thoughts.

honey, you have answered the questions yourself.
You ate more than she did for years until only a few weeks ago. It is the extra eating all those 13 years piled together that has produced the difference in weight. In addition you have cream with your coffee. Cream, dear, is very very fattening. You are better off putting skimmed milk in it if you looking to loose weight. So basically the answer to question, as mentioned earlier, has been answered by you, its the years of extra food and the cream that results in the weight difference.
Keep up with the smaller food portions you started a few weeks ago and do additional exercises. You should shed it all off within a few months, if done properly.

a few weeks is not nearly enough time to take off 30 pounds. Considering a reasonable weight loss program expects a loss of about 2 pounds per week, at most you lost, what 4 pounds? maybe 6? So, no, it is not the coffee, only that you have not given it enough time to work. Be patient, eating the same as her & exercising like her will work. Trust me on this one.

Cut the coffee for starters.
