What would you classify this clothing style as?

I thought it was some kind of lolita fashion, but I really don't know. I'm looking for websites that sell similar clothing but nothing seems right.
You people are literally no help at all.

It's just a kind of cute style that draws on western cartoons and random things sewed to t shirts, as far as I can tell. Its not really japanese, but the girls there just love cute stuff, so it kind of goes with the whole kawaii theme. I wouldn't be surprised if it violates some copyright issues, though.
If i have to pick something, I'd say it's fairy kei. But it's got some random stuff mixed in, like the ariel shell bikini thing. I don't know what it is exactly. Fairy kei is your best bet if you're looking for similar. Or you could try a sweeter Lolita brand, Angelic pretty and baby the stars shine bright. They're both VERY expensive though. Other thing you could try is Lolita/sweet Lolita on etsy. There should be a lot of cute jewelry there. There is this thing I think is called decoden, it basically involves a lot of fake whipped cream and rhinestones, candy and hello kitty stuck on your phone. I've seen stuff like that on jewelry as well.
Lolita is a very specific fashion. I can't see any of the clothes on there, except maybe the pastel chocolate cupcake skirt looking very nice with Lolita. And even that is a bit... meh.
And if you want someone to give you clothing suggestions, you kind of need to be more specific. Why doesn't it seem right? What are you looking for?

It's a little too short for Lolita and hasnt got enough victorian influence..
I'd say it's Kawaii or Fairy Kei...You could probably wear it as Sweet Lolita with something more Lolita, e.g. one of the tops with a more Lolita-style skirt...
Search Kawaii or Fairy Kei fashion on google images for more ideas of what they are.
Search Kawaii clothes or Fairy Kei clothes or Kawaii shop or Fairy Kei shop to find online shops that sell them; or check ETSY or EBAY (either do a broad search by just searching Kawaii or Fairy Kei, or search for specific items).
I would also advise checking Sweet Lolita on google images, you might like it :)

The majority of it just looks like children's fashion. The fanned-out skirts have a slightly lolita feel to them but that can be said for fanned-out skirt in a girly color with an unusual pattern.
For the most part it looks like you've found a children's website.
