I'm doing a project for Statistics and one of the questions is if you have a standard deck of playing cards and you draw 8, what is the probability that exactly 4 will be red? I'm assuming the order drawn doesn't matter. I think it's 0.5 but I feel like it should be more complex than that.

So a couple weeks ago, I had an email sent to myself and contacts in my address book (here on Yahoo, of course) under my name but from a different email. It was some website advertising a weight loss solution. I changed my password and I never got another email. Today I just got another email that was sent to my contacts as well under my name but from another email address, and it wasn't the same one as before. I didn't look at the message content yet, but the email was from an address that had to do with a hotel called the "Bookington Hotel" or something like that in England. I'm really scared that my email might be compromised and it's very stressful because the email is being sent to my high school teachers that have in my address book, even my high school's assistant principal which worries me more than the other teachers. I don't want them to continue getting this spam from me. What should I do?

So I normally use L'oreal Hi-Color Highlights in red to color my hair because my hair is naturally black. I'm currently out and I don't know when the next time I can go buy some is, but I do have Manic Panic in Pillarbox Red, I think it is. I know that mixing developer with the L'oreal will lighten my hair on contact, but will it do the same for Manic Panic?

I'm looking for songs along the lines of Hate That I Love You by Rihanna or 7 Things by Miley Cyrus. Like there's something about a guy that just infuriates you so much, or they hurt you, but you can't help but love them still.

I'm killing two birds with one stone by having my graduation and 18th birthday celebrated at one party, and I'm having trouble thinking of ideas for giveaways. I want to steer away from candy because I most likely will have a candy bar there, and I was thinking of like really nice things to give away, like a keychain or something. But aside from keychains, I have no idea what else I should give out. It's going to be a very classy party, so I want the giveaways to reflect that as well. Any ideas?

I bought a dress for prom on VuDress.com ten days ago and it still hasn't come yet. I know there's production time and stuff but I just wanted to know if anyone has ever purchased a dress from there and if they have, was it safe or a scam?

But it's only available in a size 6, and I'm a 10. I've been looking everywhere for the same exact dress, but the only websites that have the dress either don't accept payment by Paypal or aren't safe sites to purchase from. So can you guys help me find a dress that looks similar to it?

When you're writing literature, if you have a conversation through text messaging, do you put those in regular quotes, or use a digital-looking font to stylize it with an Instant Messaging format? Like:

Me: Hey wanna go to the movies tomorrow?

Bob: Sounds good

I was watching gameplay of the new Deadpool game and he has three different voices (that seem to have individual personalities), and I know the different colored dialogue boxes attribute to the comics. I know that he's insane but does that give him the multiple personalities? I was just a bit confused

How do I get this microphone to not pick up so much background noise? I always set it to the third setting (can't remember what it's called) for solo recording but it still picks up background noise. My recordings sound like they were recorded with a regular microphone because of the static-like noise in the background and I was convinced prior to purchasing it that it would work almost as well as a studio microphone and certainly better than my iPod, but it's turning out to give results similar to my iPod. As a matter of fact, my iPod seems to give a tad bit better results. It's no problem if I'm recording a song with an instrumental that easily covers up the noise, but it's problematic for songs such as piano ballads that don't cover up the noise at all. Help?

Hi, I'm a singer and I just got the Blue Yeti USB Microphone. The sound is wonderful, but it doesn't sound at all like I expected...I wanted to know how I can get the cleanest, most crisp sound so that the songs/covers I record sound closest to studio-quality. In addition to that, I also have a problem with my speakers peaking whenever I sing loud or hit high notes, even when the gain is all the way down and I'm standing more than a yard away from it. It becomes difficult when I'm singing a mix of loud and soft parts and I can barely hear the soft parts because of where I have to stand for the loud parts. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm composing a song and I'm using Mixcraft 5. You know how some songs will have sound that will move from one speaker to the other and then back? I don't seem to know what kind VST plugin that could be. Help please?

A couple months ago, I was able to add external links on my YouTube channel directing users to my Tumblr, Twitter, etc. But now when I try to add new links, it doesn't work because the redirect URL starts with www.youtube.com/user so I figured you can only link to other channels now and nowhere else. Is this happening to anyone too, and how can I fix it so that I can link to other sites aside from YouTube?

I'm looking for songs that are about being angry at someone for hurting you, or about getting rid of someone that's hurt you.

Maybe songs that carry similar messages to the Skillet songs, "It's Not Me, It's You" and "Open Wounds"?
