Does Deadpool have multiple personalities?

Obviously something is wrong with him because it's implied there's something wrong for Cable to fix in the comic Cable and Deadpool, but I never felt he had multiple personalities. I say that because the me that thinks is not the same as the me that speaks. Deadpool just takes that further.

Yeah he is mentally unstable in his head so that gives him multiple personalitys. He didnt always have that though. When a new writer took over for Deadpool he just randomly added it to make him seem more crazy.

Well he was a failed experiment of wolvering and the operation from the comics let him die then thrown away in piles of body's thought to be dead the operation let him to go mad so the voices in his head are of him so yes in a way he does
