Is anybody else freaked out by inanimate objects with fake faces?

There's this piggy bank thing my grandfather bought me that is shaped like and Abe Lincoln bust. Anyway I placed it on my dresser. For whatever reason it really creeps me out. I feel like it's staring at me so I turned to to the fall. I don't feel comfortable with my back turned to it. I don't know why it scares me so much. I remember when I was younger I had this little meerkat stuffed animal. I was really low on sleep and going through a medication change (long story) and I saw it turn around and look at me. I know it wasn't real but it really freaked me out...

I know it's an irrational fear...but really looking over at my dresser makes my heart skip a beat.

Help maybe?

Yes, I felt like my old teddy bear that sat on my bed for years was just staring into my soul. Finally I removed it from my bed.

The REALLY creepy things to me are dolls though. Especially the ones that you lift and their eyes open and then you lay it down and its eyes close. Creepy, creepy, creepy!

What I would recommend is get rid of your piggy bank, but if you don't want to, put it in a place in your room where you just wont see it often. Like, a closet. Or a drawer.

    Hope I helped. :)

sure... end result, working example, like a peach. it is not precisely an inanimate merchandise in the classic experience of the term - yet while a fruit is going undesirable, this is going to become wasted. It gets all dried up and its juice tastes foul, and that i rather sense undesirable for it....as no count if it rather is a nourisher, and it will by no skill nourish all people returned (stressful to describe). An digital device like a small radio....no count if it rather is dropped or smashed or abused in some way...it does not paintings as properly....the circuitry is all screwed up. My reaction to a minimum of one among those concern could be out of share to the form (if it handed off). It does not sound such as you have a psychological ailment...it sounds especially effortless - easily, based on the solutions right here. Many human reviews are stressful to describe and are not inevitably pathological.
