Going to a dance next week and my dress is too short?

I have this dress that i really like and it fits me perfectly... except for the length. I've grown since I bought it so now it's too short for dancing. If I'm standing it's a little longer than mid thigh but if I bend over it shows my butt.

this is the link to the dress.

Now the hem of the outer layer is long and should be easy to let out. However there are 4 layers on the dress.

You can see the layers on that link.

How can I get the layers underneath long enough? The top layer is see through so just lowering that hem wont help. Can I add extra fabric to the other layers to make them longer? Or would that end up looking odd? I appreciate any help I can get!!

Update:

@Lewenda I love that idea! What shoes would i wear with that?

Update 2:

oops @Lewena lol

Goodness... Don't add any layers. Wear it as it is. It could pass as retro look. I'm sure you won't be bending over anyway. Ang mid thigh is just perfectly ok. Enjoy the dance party.

Wear some black mid calf leggings teamed with a wide black patent belt and maybe a scarf in your hair . Instant 50's retro look .
