Sword Art Online: Why does Kirito's <Color Cursor> not change?

In episode 4 when Kirito and Silica are being attacked by the orange guild Titan's Hand, after revealing who he is to the enemies and tells them that they wont be able to kill them, Roselia (the woman going after Silica) threatened Kirito on what would happen if he went orange by killing another player. After he rushed in with his sword to Roselia's throat he said "I am a solo player, one or two days game time with an orange cursor means nothing to me." This goes to show that as long as players and constantly killing other players your cursor will go back to green. Hope this helps!

Its explained that when a cursor turns orange, then its ok to harm the player, when its red, then you can probably kill the player without a punishment given the circumstances to achieve a red cursor. Kuradeel gained a red cursor by killing Godfree

Maybe because Kuradeel is actually a criminal, and Kirito saved lives by killing him. Plus he was under attack. That's my interpretation anyway :)

maybe because kuradeel attacked him first.

u know, like only the aggresor becomes a killer. Its like that in that crummy runescape game.
