Binary wave meditation causes vibration between temples, nausea, light head and dizziness for me?
I have tried meditating with binary waves a few times, and although it causes me to feel very relaxed, I often end up feeling nauseous, lightheaded and slightly dizzy. Within minutes of listening to meditations(guided or not) incorporating binary waves, the front of my head starts to peel like it's vibrating from temple to temple. After stopping(even if I only do binary meditation for a few minutes) there is a slight sensation, like a light pressure, in my temples. After stopping, regardless of how long or short, even a minute of binary meditation, my stomach starts to feel nauseous and my head light and slightly dizzy.
Why does this happen to me? Traditional, normal meditation does not have this effect on me but binary has every single time I have tried it in the last few years. I enjoy it, but not the effects it causes.
Any thoughts or suggestions on what causes this response would be greatly appreciated!

Binary wave meditation is a big business on internet and many
are manufacturing cd's without any practical knowledge about
it. I suggest you buy expensive one with headphones and see if

Well this day in the Engineering Factors of collapse for lack of stiffing, Trust.
