Okay the real deal is....
Most computer programs will have this flaw right now...the patch for the AMT was passed after the start of the New Year...the programs had to be ready to use on 1-2-13 so they used the information available. Which would be what you would owe if they had not passed the AMT patch again.
My best advice is to wait a few days...and they will correct this flaw that isn't really any computer programs fault...besides...they aren't even going to start accepting return until the 22nd of January.
Hope this helps.
EDIT: It is scary that the AMT could add that much to your taxes....I have heard that they really fixed it this time but waiting to actually see the documentation before I agree...it has been year to year since the early 60's...
And I know of at least 6 programs that have this flaw...and that is 6 out of 6.

and the new update for tax return submission as of the noon news with an IRS representative is Jan.30, and refunds in 21 days
the delays are due to the changes that Congress passed this year that apply to 2012 and if this was the AMT definitely worth while to wait
my tax program just announced the final package is now ready so any program you see on the internet is probably not updated

Wait a couple weeks - you won't lose time anyway since the IRS isn't accepting returns until at least 1/22.
Congress just changed the rules last week for AMT, and the changes haven't been programmed yet. Wait for the updates.

Most likely the software has yet to be updated for the AMT patch that was passed last week.
