No. For one, not everyone has a talent. I'm a hard-worker, but I have no world altering talent. There are things I like to do, and some things I'm really good at. For me, I don't define who I am by what I do. My day isn't about what I do for the day, but how I am.

Arise, fake talent!
Many people believe in things they can do in their minds but cannot do in reality. The truth is, one can think and speak all day long and not change a thing. Can anyone make another floor on a high rise?
Take for example the show “American Idol” that looks for singing talent. Many people audition thinking they are great singers and they cannot carry a note. No amount of thinking or speaking will help them become the singer they think they are.

People who are not talented do something, then why not talented people show it and prove themselves

Not if you have the greater good in mind. If you don't enjoy it or it is going to cause you are someone else harm there is no reason to pursue it.
