What's wrong with my hand? Help!?
Im left handed. But lately my right hand gets tight to the point that its heavy and I can't hold it up. It doesn't hurt, it's just so tight! Help!!!

This almost sounds like a pinched nerve issue. Have you had any neck or back injuries, even old ones that give you any discomfort? These are the kind of things I take to a chiropractor as they can tell where the source of the problem is and usually relieve the problem with an adjustment or two.
Work on stretching it out daily and giving it a flexing workout a couple of times per day.
