High end gaming computer setup, any recommendations?

I've already bought a lot of this stuff. This is going to be my home computer, work station and gaming computer for the next 10-12 years hahaha. I think this is one powerful & expensive setup for gaming and anything else I choose to do with it. I used a PSU calculator (http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine)... but it seemed to be way off (455 watts) because the video card itself is rated for 500+ watts. I'm pretty sure the power supply is more than sufficient (Corsair Pro 850 AX), if someone can please verify that, that would help. Any other helpful hints or thoughts? All suggestions are welcome!! See my setup below:

Update:

I read those articles, very interesting. Your other scenario might fit me though, I'm a graphic designer of many years, and Photoshop alone using massive amounts of ram when using filters on high res files, and then with 5 other programs open, i think more ram would be beneficial. Gaming is highly dependent on my video card, so for that, I think you're right, 8gb at 1600 would do just fine. I'll keep this in mind though, thanks!!

Update 2:

@ That Guy - hahahaha bed bug case, funny :P Hell ya, I bought a heated message chair with a recliner!! When I get done truck driving for a month, I need some serious back attention, and then kick back in the man cave and play some first person shooter!!! Ya buddy.. Life is GOOD

    So...Let's Do Dis...

OK, so, your PSU will more than cut it, you're perfectly fine with that. The case looks like the skin of a Bedbug (which have bitten me) so I hate it, But just kidding..it's pretty good. Your PC will stay pretty cool due to the fans, so good choice. Your processor, after that overclock will cut through any game, for the next 5-7 years. Paired with that 3GB 7970, it'll make a slick machine for gaming. Those monitors are pretty good, and if it wasn't enough, your bout a massaging chair!!!!! That's an awesome setup..Good Luck!

    The PSU is fine.

If you haven't bought the RAM already, I'd HIGHLY suggest going down to 8GB (unless you're doing a lot of photo editing, or other media editing) at 1600.

8GB is just as good as 32GB (except for media editing):

DDR3 1600 performs just as well as DDR3 2133 due to RAM latency:
