Orochimaru resurrected thanks to Anko's curse mark. Apparently he just refuses to stay dead, lol, I have a feeling that he'll keep coming back until someone does the Reaper Death Seal on him.

Sasuke will probably go meet the Konoha elders. Depending on what they'll say to him, he might leave them breathing. Probably not..

Edit: I assume so, yes, he should be able to resurrect through any curse mark unless Anko's is special, maybe someone did something to her mark, frankly I don't remember, if you want to make sure go back and read what happens right before he resurrects.
