Get the lincoln. I have 06 altima v6 mom has 03 altima 2.5. both are awesome cars but neither come close to the ride comfort of a lincoln. Make sure you get the v6. Also if you wanted a classic lincoln get a town car they just went out of production they were the smoothest car on market with a strong v8 engine, plenty of torque. And last body on frame rwd v8 sedan on besides grand marquis or crown victoria.

Both are good cars, but pretty different. So, it comes down to which one you like best after you have done your research, test-driven a number of them, and compared prices.
