How do I report a person I suspect of bigamy?

I am worried about someone I know. She has serious health issues and sometime in September of last year, her "husband" went to Syria to visit family but in Syria you are allowed 4 wives and I fear that he got married while there because when he came back he was different with his American wive. He treats her like his dog and a prisoner. She is not allowed to go out by herself and she is very "protective" of her. She is very sick and I am afraid for her life and health. Is there anything I can do to help her? She thinks that the way he treats her is okay and he has her thinking that it's "God's will". She has 2 teenage daughters from a previous marriage and that man is not allowing her to raise them as she sees fit because he is the "man of the house" and the father of these girls is still living. Thanks in advance.

Update:

I believe he only married her for citizenship. To become a U.S. citizen. I am NOT allowed to talk to her anymore because I am a man and he just treats her worse and worse each day. I am VERY worried for her and her teenage daughters. She isn't even allowed to put the daughters on birth control that was prescribed for them because of that man and like I said they are from a previous marriage and their biological father is still living!

Update 2:

Is there a way that I can report him anonymously to the INS? I believe he only married my friend to become a U.S. citizen. In September, he went to his country, Syria, because his dad was sick and eventually his illness killed him. In Syria, you are allowed 4 wives. He is ALREADY married to my friend here in the U.S. so she is wife #4. I believe he committed marriage fraud to get his papers.

It is a matter for the local Police!

It can carry a sentence of up-to 7 years in Britain. I imagine a similar sentence in America.

Make sure you are somewhere he'd never suspect you'd be when reporting him, preferably tart- fancying at a lap dancing venue.

    Post Script -

Just inform the Police that you don't wish to give your name. Simple!
