My moms being mean to me on my birthday?
It's my birthday today and my mom is being real mean to me.
My best friend slept over last night. We had eggs as bacon for breakfast at 10 and then we had to drive her home like 25 minutes away. We hung out at her house for a while and then we went to this bookstore to look for a gift for my moms friend. It was 12:30 when we got home and I wanted to have some lunch. "You're hungry again?" My mom looked at me shocked. "You just are a HUGE breakfast." So yup I'm not having lunch.
Also my friend dyed the tips of her hair with red coolaid. She just put the tips of her hair in it and it looks really cool. I asked my mom if I could do it and here's what she said: "absolutely not. What's wrong with you?" She yells this.
What should I do? I'm hating my birthday right now. I'm 15 and I can't even dye the very tips of my hair.

You might be 15 but you are sounding like you are 5. Your mother's being surprised that you are hungry and telling you you can't do something make you hate your birthday? Get over it.
My 15 year old daughter will not be dying her hair either, not on her birthday nor any other day of the year. I'm pretty sure you already knew how your mom felt about this because I doubt it's the first time you've asked.
What you should do is stop pouting like a baby. Be grateful for your sleep over and however else your parents are celebrating your birthday and stop whining over small things.

Look at the positives. Be thankful for what you have.
The way your mom is treated you is certainly wrong, but keep in mind that she might be having a hard time knowing that you will be an adult very soon. She might be sad inside that you are growing up so quickly.
