Is this upgrade plan for my computer good?

I just want to buff up my computer a little, but I need opinions or suggestions from others.

My Current PC specs (Lenovo ThinkCentre m58p-6138):

Intel Q45/Q43 Motherboard(based on CPU-Z)

Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 GHz with aftermarket heatsink.

6GB DDR3 PC 8500x2 / PC 10700x1

160GB SATA Hard Drive 7200RPM

Stock 280W Power Supply

MicroATX Case

NVIDIA NVS 300

Planned Upgrade:

Water Cooling for CPU (if necessary if i upgrade to a ATX mid tower case)

8GB (4x2GB) G.Skill Ripjaws Series (Model F3-10666CL7D-4GBRH)

1TB WD Black for Storage (SATA Port 1)

150/250/300GB WD Velociraptor for Game Storage (SATA Port 2)

Corsair SSD for Operating System (SATA Port 3)

Corsair 650W TX Series

EVGA NVIDIA GTX 650 Ti SSC 1GB

ATX Mid Tower Case.

*Only Have 3 SATA Ports (other one is eSATA)

1.Does the Power Supply fit in a micro ATX case? (if i don't yet plan to change to a ATX Mid Case)

2.Does the RAM compatible with my motherboard/system?

3.Does the Power Supply good enough for my hardware's?

4.Does the Video Graphics Card good enough? (for the micro atx motherboard, or i can put longer cards in it.)

It's my first time customizing a computer and I'm a little nervous about this upgrading because it might not work on my system and i only have a average knowledge about upgrading PCs So, I need help from the experts especially the PC gamers.

Thanks in advance.

Update:

@Ikram Zilfikar I don't still have any number for my budget, i just want opinions or suggestions. The "Planned Upgrade" list is my current budget.

I even ought to completely disagree with coolermaster psu being no reliable ran them for years and in no way had an issue with them , and certain it is authentic corsair and antec are 2 of the perfect psu on the marketplace xfx is reliable , and how gaming and courses are utilising up extremely some ram area then a tenet will be to bypass to 16 gb of ram purely a decision, the 7970 is a effective photo card , utilising the right chipset mobo {z77} for the processor , the case is someone decision , you ask for improve suggestion there is none from me each and every thing seems reliable

You haven't supplied enough info about mostly your board. Can't do much without

a specific board number but you are likely dumping money into old equipment that

will not give you the return you expect.
