Which car would you choose?

I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago. My car was totaled, so now I have to get a car this weekend. I've narrowed it down to three: Ford Focus, Dodge Dart, and Mazda 3. The Mazda3 is a 2012 w/ 500 miles. Because I wasn't planning on a car payment (mine was paid off), I would like to keep the payments under $200 for 60 months. Which car would you pick and why? Other suggestions are welcome too. Thanks!

Update:

WOW! Breath of Death - you're kinda an a$$. Not that it is any of your business nor the purpose for my question, but the accident was the fault of the other person not paying attention and rear-ending me. I would also like a Ferrari, but I can't afford those payments. My car was paid off, and I planning on another car payment. I was trying to find something on the low end until 2017 when my student loan is paid off, and I can afford a convertible. BTW - "wagen" should be WAGON.

The Dart is a new rival and I don't know much yet about it, but a Fiat platform taken out of Alfa Romeo to make a Dodge does not sound good to me in any level.

Alfa Romeo is notoriously unreliable and since American manufacturers are not known for their technology, I really don't expect much from Dodge Dart.

Ford Focus is a nice car, but it is either very reliable or downright train wreck.

I would go for the Mazda 3, I would say it is the best car out of the three, technically speaking.

I guess after a car accident, you want something safer and out of these three the Dart has better crash test ratings and is heavier. If you compare it to Mazda 3 it's like a tank to a tin can - I exaggerate of course, but the Dart sheet metal is thicker. Mazda 3 handles well, but the safety ratings are not as good. The Focus is OK too, but the Dart is still the safest one.
