Can you eat pizza if not feeling well?

I have a cough, chest congestion (took Mucinex and feel better), REALLY bad gas, and I feel really cold. I'm not nauseous, I have a small headache, and parts of my body are aching (lower back, pecs, shoulders) but it's not necessarily that bothersome. Is it okay if I eat pizza? If so, what can I get on it without me having it see it again late tonight?

Update:

Thanks guys, I'm actually starting to feel a little better. I ended up getting it thin crust buffalo chicken style (less cheese, less bread, chicken--not very greasy) but I also have a relatively stronger stomach than most people. Anyway guys, I really appreciate the help.

Get it plain if you must have it. Eat a small portion. Drink lots of water. Then, take alka selzer. It has aspirin and will alkalize your stomach.

If you have really bad gas you probably have to go to the bathroom. Try that before you eat.

The cheese will probably upset your stomach or give you diarrhea otherwise.
