How Is the State of Illinois Trying People Twice for the Same Crime? Double Jeopardy Is Illegal isn't It?

Nevada is doing the Same Thing with People They Know their Identities are Stolen. Why aren't The Feds doing Something?

    Proof??

    yes double Jeopardy is Illegal

    but many go out and commit the same crime again

    or its a mistrioal and tried again

    or new charges are added
