what dress colors would go good with a white tux?

The guy I like asked me to prom!!! We were texting the other day and he said he wants to match me and stuff but asked if he could wear a white tux. I told him to go for it haha :D But I got to thinking, what colors would look good with a white tux? I know for sure I'm not wearing pink because he doesn't want to wear pink with a white tux. I'm dark honey blonde, blue eyed and I'm pretty pale. What colors would go good with his tux, but also be a good color for me?

I'd pick a colour either really dark, or really pale. Like a pale blue, or a dark red. Nothing really in the middle. Personally, I'd wear a dark purple. I think that looks super pretty. :)

I would definitely go with a darker purple because I think that color scheme is absolutely fantastic! Or maybe like a baby blue? To make your eyes really pop! (:

Red!  Red and white are a perfect combination - very romantic/valentine style.

I agree that any shade of purple would work.... maybe even a dress that's more than one shade of purple (lavender, violet, etc) so he can choose whatever hue he so chooses:)
