Can anyone recommend a good whey protein.?
Need a good protein shake that is not to high in cholesterol and carbs. I have noticed a lot of the major brands are loaded with cholesterol.

VP2 is one of the best in the market. It has a better protein absorption rate.
I also like Optimum Nutrition. Not many people have tried the rocky road flavor. I like it better than Chocolate.
