What can I do to stop someone from using my name?

I just found out that my ex-husband just used MY name to sign "us" up on a kinky website! Anyone know the legal ramifications? HELP!

    Contact the site (it's sure to have a 'help' button somewhere) and explain what's happen. They will remove the profile.

    There are no "rights" to your name so you have no recourse.
