If you drank say 2 fifths of alcohol would you still blow dirty after 60 hrs?

A fifth (1/5 gallon) is about 25 ounces. Two of them are about 50 ounces. That's only a little less than an ounce an hour. It takes roughly an hour to metabolize an ounce of alcohol. No chance you'd blow clean. Your body can't work that fast, even if you drank all the booze in a few hours.

And yes, you'd never do it. Even the most die-hard alcoholic couldn't survive that. Imagine drinking a shot (1.5 oz.) of liquor every hour and a half for two and a half days round the clock without stopping. You're dead before the end.

"Tim" is wrong. A hard drinking alkie can easily knock back a quart or two a day or more.

Within 60 hours, the alcohol would have been metabolized and gone, although the effects would still be lingering, dehydration, confused thought, etc.

But you would not fail a breathalizer test.

No, you wouldn't. Assuming you hadn't already died from alcohol poisoning. Booze is sold in the Metric System now, so fifths are obsolete.
