What should I do for my knee?
I think I sprained my mcl. I'm a skier...I'm 15. We skied for 3 full days in a row. The thing is, the people fitting my boots did a really bad job. When the boots are put in the skis, I'm stuck in a bent knee position. I know that your knees are supposed to be a little bent in the ski, but mine are really bent. Plus I hate going really fast so I'm constantly doing a pizza stop or wedge position.
They hurt after day 1, but we only ski once a year and we already bought 3 day passes, so I forgot about the pain and skied on. Both of my knees ache inside...like under the skin. It kinda hurts to bend. It hurts a lot to walk...but the thing is the pain is inside. The outsides are kinda swollen. Not a lot, but a little bit. I was reading up on mcl Injuries from skiing and it sounds like mine.
I can't really go to a doctor, because In September I fractured my shin and pulled a bunch of tendons...I had to get an MRI that cost a bunch so my parents will be mad if I have to go back to a doctor.
What should I do?

Ur pain could be from the previous injury. u also should have gotten ur boots refitted. In all honesty, ur gonna have to go back to ur doctor at some point. Might as well be now than later & do more damage to an injured knee & leg

I have the identical quandary.A sudlexing patella way your knee cap moves around facet to part,and some times goes out of joint.Ask your DR. A couple of knee brace instead of or except surgery.

Hi Hope, presently you have hope and you can repair or with less medication problem can be solved but if you delay then you might not have hope. So for you it’s better to go for a doctor, rather than sitting back.
