do you have to capitalize... in a sentence?

if i'm writing middle school, is it supposed to be Middle School

& also, if i'm talking about english (the language) and not the class, do i have to capitalize?

    no and yes.

    Unless you refer to the name of the middle school (e.g. Smith's Middle School) as in a title, you do NOT capitalize it. When referring to the English language, English is capitalized since it's a proper noun or adjective, depending on how it's used.

    It's not necessary to capitalize middle school unless you're referring to a specific middle school by name, i.e. Hampton Meadows Middle School. However, English is always capitalized.

    Only if you are mentioning a place like Lincoln Bay Middle School. If its just middle school, then its fine. And for english, i suppose. Im not sure, though.
