My girlfriend is prego?

We were having sex one night and she stated bleeding. I rushed her to the hospital. The doctors refused to help her in her condition. They said that they don't assist jars of spaghetti sauce. Do I have a case against them for discrimination and refusal of care?

    No hospitals can just not care for a patient, if she is bleeding she needs to be diagnosed, call her primary care physician and schedule an appt. good luck for her

    She go to the gyn and check if she's pregnant for sure.

    You should not have sex if you don't know why she was bleeding.

    If intake her to the ER, they legally have to help her
