technically feasible but illegal. both cars are required to have working brakes.

difficult to understand but if the towed car had brakes that were dragging, the front car would feel the increased load.

Very good. But i sure would not want to try it, both drivers would be a gibbering wreck within a few miles.

Hi so you need to pull over and get both cars trailered away as neither is road legal.
