How many calories should you eat a day in order to lose weight?

For females between the ages of 15-18

    It depends how much you want to lose and how much you way I would say as females should eat between 1800-2000 calories daily you should, in order to lose weight eat about 1500 calories a day.

    Depends on your goal weight. You should try calorie counter app or fitness pal.com it tells you how much calories you should eat a day in order to reach your goal weight by a certain time but remember not all calories are good calories and they set in your body differently
