Is there a way to repair or patch an area of my re-glazed tub that is peeling?

Almost four years ago, I had my tub and shower re-glazed, however, there are two little places in the tub area that have begun to peel. One is a "blister" which has not increased in size, and the other is an area peeling that I afraid will continue to get larger.

I would contact the company who glazed the tub and see if they will recommend a way to repair the peeling. without a proper repair, the peeling and blister will continue to spread.
