If you were selected as Pope what would you do?

Slowly move the church toward the teachings of Martin Luther.

This is a rather gross case of bad 'reasoning' since the very question of what would you do ? is logically the same as Have you in fact been selected ? -- unless this is a cutesy creative writing way of saying, What would you like to see done by the next Pope.

Either

a - The job of Pope to the very best of my ability.

b - Resign, which I might have to do to avoid hypocrisy regarding what I believe and what the Pope is supposed to believe

For one I'd get the priests to marry (women that is) and get the hang of family life; then they will have the authority and responsibility to preach to the congregation. Otherwise they will remain pedophiles in my eyes.

I would say do not call me holy father because only God is holy. I would say I am a sinner just like you saved by grace.
