Job Offers for two healthcare companies?

Hello, I went to interviews for the last three weeks. One position is in Humana and the other position is customer service at a clinic near by my house. I will give you information about them.

Humana : Patient Coordinator/Greeter

employment type Mon Fri some Saturdays and its Full Time

Pay Rate around 11.00 Hour

Includes Medical Benefits

Tuition up to 5,000 dollars in remibursment

they provide uniforms

they paid holidays and 33 days a year sick days just to name a few

2nd job choice Customer service in a health clinic

Hours full time Mon - Fri

pay rate 8.00 hours

no medical benefits no overtime

I was accepted at humana and they said they have to do a big background check and some blood tests. This will take two weeks in general because if everything looks good I start on April,8. for orientation. but I have another job offer that near my house but they want to offer me right way. I do not know what to do they are both good. Should I start the clinic job and in between do all this paper work for humana or what other choices do I have. Any advice is appreciated Thank You

You should take the Humana job offer, because the company offer better benefits than the clinic job offer. Go for the job that pays more and offer better benefits.

    Good luck!!!

The Humana job is clearly a better job. Make your decision and ONLY accept the job you plan on sticking with.

Blowing a great job like the first one because of the month long wait is awfully short sighted.

This shouldn't be a hard decision. The first job clearly has more to offer.

It is really rude to start a job when you know you are going to quit in 2 weeks.
