LIFE AS A NAVY AVIATION ORDANCEMEN?
I'm currently in DEP I'm supposed to be an AO can anybody tell me what the good and bads are and how difficult is it to move up in rank also why is there an association (IYAOYAS) any info helps

Airplanes take off on a mission and drop their ordnance.
When they return you get to reload them - bombs, bullets, rockets & missiles.
Might work on a gun pod every now and again.
Chafe and flares are yours to work on as well.
Plus maintaining the related aircraft systems.
You will be busy. Ordies are a unique group of people who have formed a society and stay in touch with old friends.

During W.W.II/1939-1945, the ''THEN and NOT NOW'' precise ''HONOURABLE DUTIED ROYAL CANADIAN NAVY'', did have a ''ORDNANCE TRADE''; which had to do with ''GUNNERY''!!!!!! This trade of today, such as ''AVATION ORDNACEMAN'' also works with ''MISSILES,BOMBS, TORPEDOES, ROCKETS, ETC.''!!! You ''UNKNOWLEDGEABLE'' more than ''UNINTELLIGENT IDIOTS'' who gave me ''FOUR THUMBS DOWN'', known more than ''VERY LITTLE'' concerning ''W.W.II and TODAYS MILITARY and NAVAL TRADES''!!!!
