Child support question?

Does the person paying child support have to ok it? My partner told me he's been paying child support for a kid that may or may not be his. He said he didn't ok any if this but has been paying it. Can the Child Support Agency just access your bank details and take the money out? That's what he says happens. I feel he is lying. Help!

I've never heard of any child support agency being able to collect child support this way. It sounds like he's lying. Anyone who lies, can't be trusted. If he's lying about this, then what else is he lying about?
