WHY HAS YAHOO STOPPED NEWS COMMENTS AT THE END OF THEIR LIBERAL AGENDA NEWS STORIES?

A search (Google) turned up the same problem periodically over the last years. Glitches happen, especially any time any "update" or "improvement” is made. Somebody just forgets to sync a line code and somewhere else a problem pops up.

It is the nature of the media.

Yahoo was the only sole news media that attended Holder's recent off the record interview. Yahoo is as corrupt as it gets. It's time to bring yahoo's so called news network down. It is controlled by the corrupt Obama administration that is even more corrupt. Yahoo is guilty of treason. They stopped allowing comments because it allows them the ability to not hear the majority opinion of the American public and control the right of free speech. Yahoo is a corrupt leftist lame stream media source. Find a reputable news source and delete yahoo from your computer and future surfing.

I can't see readers comments as of yesterday. I went into Yahoo tv, Shine and other Yahoo sites and I can't see ANY of them. I didn't do anything to my computer to cause a problem and can't find a solution in Help Central. Of course, you can't contact anyone at Yahoo anymore to help you. I think all we can do is sit and wait it out. I typed in Readers Comments in the answers search box and it seems that this happens every now and then. Just incomptetence at Yahoo. That new CEO is really driving Yahoo into the toilet. ps I hate the new homepage.

Because they are afraid that someone may actually have a valid point. Many of the articles are written by kids and everyday people. They are based on opinion and favor liberal agendas, so by allowing comments, they are basically setting up weak arguments and biased articles to be destroyed by anyone with common sense. What better to do than to shut up the people.

Yahoo makes money. They post whatever gets hits. They aren't liberal at all, just centrist and profitable.

As Pooh said, it's their sandbox and their rules. There are only about a thousand other places to get news, so it's your choice.

People are getting wise to their left wing drivel so they removed the comments because everyone was debunking their global warming and pro Obama propaganda.

Comments are working fine for Yahoo Canada.

Someone else pointed Yahoo UK and Ireland is working normally too.

I agree with the OP - even when not logged in the comment section is missing.

It still works for me, and 1000s of other users. However it takes a few seconds to load. Stop being so impatient.

Even if Yahoo DID turn off comments entirely, so what? It's their site, their rules. If you don't like, go somewhere else or start your own website.

The asker has got it wrong,.Yahoo does not act as you claim. The comments are perfectly ok in the UK & Ireland system. I use them often. The member has probably been banned from using them because of his rants ?
