What is the best nvidia card for...?
Adobe cs6 Photoshop premiere pro illustrator stuff. Mild gaming. 2560 x1600 display.
More specifically I'd like to work with avchd, and only mild usage for Photoshop/illustrator.
Should I buy a gtx 570 and take advantage of mercury, or go to the newer 600 series and forget about it. No hacks.

If you want to take full advantage of 1600P gaming, I reccomend you go SLi 660 Ti or 670, atleast if you want a very smooth framerate,

Id say go ahead and get a 600 series card since its more up to date and has more features on chip.

get 600 series. they as powerful as high-end 500's but much cheaper. for mld gaming i recommend GT640 or GT630.
